LeetProduct provides a platform for practicing and improving product management interview skills through curated challenges, questions, and expert-verified answers. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Premium Subscription
LeetProduct offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features including Expert Answers, premium interview questions, and recently asked questions from real interviews.
4.1 Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
4.3 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
5. Content and Conduct
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or resell premium content
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content in community features
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LeetProduct and its licensors. This includes all Expert Answers, interview questions, frameworks, and educational materials.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included content without our express written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
By submitting answers or comments to the Service, you grant LeetProduct a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
You retain ownership of your content but agree that LeetProduct may use it to improve the Service and provide value to other users.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practicing with our platform will result in a job offer or specific interview outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your preparation, experience, and the specific interview process.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LeetProduct, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
